Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of FreeRealEstateExamPrep. Using the site means you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.
1. What we provide
Free access to explained sample questions, flashcards, exam vocabulary and state exam information, with no account. Full practice tests are drawn and graded on our server and are limited: 1 test per rolling 7 days without an account, 3 per 7 days with a free account once your email is confirmed, and unlimited with a paid pass. We may change, add or remove content at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
2. Accounts and paid passes
Accounts and logins are run by our accounts service at dashboard.raiserank.com.np. Keep your login private and give us a real email address. You can download your data and delete your account from the account page.
Paid passes are sold through Stripe. See the pricing page for plans and the refund policy for refunds. A recurring plan renews until you cancel it. We may close an account that is used to copy the question bank.
3. Permitted use
Use this material to study for a real estate licensing exam, personally and non commercially. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link.
4. What you may not do
You may not scrape, bulk download or systematically copy the question bank or the state exam dataset; republish substantial portions, whether or not attributed; sell or license this material or incorporate it into a paid product; or use automated means to extract content at scale.
The question bank and the state dataset represent substantial original work: every question was written from scratch and every state figure was read from a primary document. Those two things are the site, and we enforce this section.
5. Intellectual property
All content is owned by FreeRealEstateExamPrep or used with permission, except figures quoted from public government and test provider documents, which remain the property of those bodies and are cited to their source.
PSI, Pearson VUE and state commission names are the trademarks of their owners and are used descriptively. We claim no affiliation.
6. No warranty
The site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or that using it will help you pass an exam. See the disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FreeRealEstateExamPrep is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, including exam fees, application fees, lost income or lost time. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Copyright complaints
If you believe material here infringes your copyright, write to [email protected] identifying the work, the URL, and your contact details. We investigate promptly and remove infringing material where a complaint is substantiated.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia for any dispute arising out of these terms. The site is operated by an independent publisher.
Nothing in these terms affects any consumer right you have under the law of your own country or state that cannot lawfully be excluded.
