Refund Policy

1. 1. Refunds on every plan

   We refund the Exam Week Pass, Monthly and the 3-month plan in full if you ask within 7 days of payment and have started 2 or fewer full practice tests since you paid.

   For Monthly and the 3-month plan, this applies to each payment, including renewals.

2. 2. If you fail while your plan is active

   Fail your real estate exam while your plan is active, send us your score report within 14 days of the exam, and we add 30 days to your account, free. This works once per purchase, on any plan. It is extra time, not a cash refund.

3. 3. How to ask

   Write to [email protected] from the email on your account, or use [email protected]. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.

4. 4. Cancelling a subscription

   You can cancel a recurring plan at any time under Manage billing on your account page. Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not refund a payment outside the window above.
