1. 1. Found an error in our exam data

[email protected] is the fastest route and the one we treat as most urgent. Tell us the page and what is wrong. If you can link the official handbook or commission page, we can usually confirm and fix it the same day.

This matters more than it might sound. Exam fees and course hour requirements change, and a stale figure on this site could cost somebody money. We would rather hear about it from you than not hear about it at all.

2. 2. Questions about our content or method

[email protected] for anything about how questions are written, where a figure came from, or how the pass line works. The methodology page answers most of these in more detail than an email will.

3. 3. Privacy and data requests

[email protected] for anything covered by the privacy policy, including access and deletion requests. If you have an account, you can also download or delete your data yourself from the account page.

4. 4. What we cannot help with

We cannot register you for an exam, reschedule one, tell you your result, or issue a licence. Those go to your state real estate commission or its test provider, both of which are linked from your state's page.

We also cannot give legal advice about a specific transaction or tell you whether a past conviction will affect your application. Your state commission answers the second one directly and is the only source that counts.
